GoPro 7 Night Lapse Video With Settings

First off, I want to say that I love the new GoPro 7 Black. The quality of the footage and dynamic range is outstanding, but I am also comparing to my old GoPro 3. One of the things I have really been wanting to shoot is the stars in Africa and so I have been experimenting to get the settings correct and I think I have done that as you’ll see in the video below.

The settings I used:

Shutter Speed: 20 Seconds
Interval: 30 Seconds
Field of View: Wide
RAW: Off
Protune: On
EV Comp: N/A
White Balance: 3200K
ISO Minimum: 800
ISO Maximum: 800
Sharpness: Medium
Color: GoPro

Also, I felt like I was able to get better colors using the discontinued GoPro Studio software and using the Pro Tune filter.

RavPower Power Bank

I was a bit disappointed in that I was only able to get 2.5 hours of footage on a charged battery and I recently ordered a RAVPower, power bank to ensure the GoPro can shoot all night.
